California is not only home to biggest trees and California’s
agricultural center, the region is also a perfect summer getaway for

Visalia and Tulare County is located in the heart of California’s
Central Valley at the base of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National
Parks. Also known as the Sequoia Valley, the region offers natural
beauty, the world's richest farmland and plenty of adventure!
Being located at the base of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National
Parks, the Sequoia National Forest, and the Sequoia National
Monument, the outdoor activities are endless boasting of Mount
Whitney - the tallest mountain peak in the continental US; the
General Sherman Tree - the world’s largest tree; 2 the deepest
canyon in North America, the ‘Trail of 100 Giants’ and the Kaweah
Rivers.
With
all this, the region still maintains its friendly hometown
atmosphere with communities and destinations including Visalia,
Exeter, Porterville, Springville, Squaw Valley, Three Rivers, Tulare
and Dinuba. Visitors can explore quaint downtown districts offering
antique and boutique style shopping; art galleries, murals and
public art; fine dining, entertainment and theatre opportunities;
museums and historic attractions, and more. The drives between each
of the communities lead you through the area’s rich agricultural
district and farmlands, parks and preserves. From charming bed and
